I love virtual education because it allows Nia a chance to learn and get involved especially in the covid environment. Being home and away from all their peers the girls can get disconnected and being able to engage with other kinds that have a similar interest has been amazing. Participating in the program has also given me a chance to allow Nia to learn and thrive while not having to monitor what she is going. The program staff has been amazing and professional and I have never once felt the need to follow up behind what's being taught in the program. Nia is so engaged with the time she is participating it leaves me with time to focus on other things. Week after week Nia looks forward to her time with the Wakaboomee Program and begs to participate more. It feels good to know she is learning while she is having fun and without my constant assistance.
